For many years, I’ve worked with intuition, energy, and spiritual guidance to help women slow down, soften their minds, and reconnect with their inner knowing. Especially during times of change, loss, or feeling disconnected from loved ones who have passed.

My approach is simple and grounded. You don’t need to “do it all perfectly” or have a daily spiritual practice. I meet you where you are and gently guide you back to your own wisdom — the part of you that already knows the answers.
